Return and refund requests must be made within 2 days of delivery date. After 2 days from the delivery date, you must contact Vurqa Wash Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Vurqa Wash will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. A copy of the Vurqa Wash purchase receipt and a copy of the original Vurqa Wash invoice may be requested prior to Vurqa Wash Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization. Return Process:
- Sign into your Vurqawash account.
- Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.
- Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
- Drop off at your nearest post office with the following address.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, or altered in any way. i.e. the unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Vurqa Wash reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
Partial package cannot be returned or exchanged
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Paytm Wallet or the original payment account per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee as well as the return shipping charges is non-refundable.
